Token launch game plan

A small crypto-native team that helps projects get a token launch right. They pay in crypto, we do the work, we move on. We start light and try a few things before committing further.

Runner analysis: the 54 tokens behind this plan →

1What we are

We check whether a launch is ready, show projects what is working in the market right now, and help run the launch when they want us to. We sell readiness and real buyers, measured on-chain.

What we never promise: no price targets, no market cap, no volume, no holder counts. We do not do fake volume or hidden allocations. Our report is allowed to say "not ready".

2What the runners taught us

We studied every token on Solana, BNB, Robinhood Chain and Base that reached $20M within a week of launch since 1 July, and looked closely at 12 of them.

So what a team controls is the setup before launch: venue, pairing, supply, pool depth, timing. That is what we check and sell.

3What we sell: a ladder

Four steps. Each one is useful on its own and leads naturally to the next. Paid in crypto (stablecoins), never in the client's token. All prices are a starting point.

Step 1

Market report

Starting point: $500 per edition · self-serve

Buy it and go do whatever you want with it. How launches are performing right now, what different liquidity setups did, and how to approach a launch today. Built from our runner study and refreshed regularly. A free one-page summary brings projects in.

Step 2

Readiness report + walkthrough call

Starting point: $5,000 · 5 business days · credited in full against launch coordination

The check before a launch goes live: comparable tokens, name clashes, team footprint, supply and locks, pool depth against expected demand, timing, risks. Verdict: Go, Fix first, or Do not launch. The report can say "not ready".

It is always sold with a live walkthrough call with the team. That call is a discovery session: we learn the project, they see how we think, and it is the natural path into full launch support.

Step 3

Launch coordination

Scales with the launch budget

We coordinate the launch: marketing, liquidity setup, market maker, influencers and callers, timing, and every partner on written terms. A bigger budget means more coordination, more pressure and more responsibility, so the fee grows with it: a floor for smaller launches, then a share of the launch budget (marketing, influencers, market maker and launch liquidity).

$300K budgetfloor$30K to $50K
$1M budget10 to 15%$100K to $150K
$5M+ budget8 to 10%$400K to $500K+

Vendors are paid directly by the project, at cost. Our fee is separate and disclosed.

Step 4 · premium

Launch situation room

Starting point: $25K (budget under $500K) · $50K ($500K to $2M) · from $100K ($2M and up)

The first hours are where the risk lives: everything can go wrong and you have to react fast. For the launch window we run a live room: a shared real-time dashboard everyone watches (price, liquidity, buyers by wallet type, snipers and bundles, sells from team and early wallets, social mentions), and us in the room giving direct calls: "this is happening, do this now".

Window: live from 24 hours before launch to 72 hours after, then a daily check for two weeks, closing with a day-14 report on who bought and who held. The dashboard is ours: we build it on our own on-chain reads. Bought with coordination, or on its own for bigger launches.

The formal path (a UAE free-zone company, a bank account, legal counsel) is mapped and ready for when there is a reason to go there. We do not need it to start.

4How a project flows through us

  1. First contact. Through Hayden's market-making contact, our own outreach, or someone who bought the market report. We reply within hours.
  2. Short intake and screen. One accountable person behind it, supply we can verify, no asks for fake volume. If it fails, we say no politely.
  3. Readiness report and walkthrough call. Five business days, then the call. Verdict: Go, Fix first, or Do not launch.
  4. Coordination proposal. Sized to their launch budget, with the readiness fee credited.
  5. Launch prep. About six weeks of setup, every vendor on a written deliverable, part of each fee held until it is delivered.
  6. Situation room. Live from 24 hours before to 72 hours after launch. If things look bad, paid promotion stops; the launch does not.
  7. Day-14 report. Who bought, who held, who left, what each vendor actually produced. It becomes our next case study.

5Who does what

ThomasSigns every verdict, directs the market-making setup, makes the go or no-go calls.
Rook and agentsResearch, the reports, the market view, live monitoring, the site and tools.
ElieClient lead: intake, walkthrough calls, vendors.
HaydenDeal flow and the relationship with the market-making firm.
Market-making firm (outside)Sends projects our way. Handles liquidity under its own contract with the client, not with us, and follows our written rules.

The more we own ourselves, the more control we have, and the less we depend on partners pulling their weight.

We runResearch, reports, token setup review, site, X and Telegram, monitoring, post-launch reports.
We directMarket maker, influencers, regional agencies, clip makers. Written terms, part of the fee held back.
We hire outLegal opinion, a code audit if the token has custom code, exchange listings.

6Next 30 days

Goal by 29 Oct: one paid readiness report and walkthrough call with a project that has no stake in us, and a coordination proposal on the table.

7Open questions for the four of us

  1. Coordination at 10 to 15% of the launch budget with a $30K floor: does that land with the firm's projects?
  2. First report at $5,000, or the first one or two at a pilot price in exchange for a case study?
  3. Referrals with the market-making firm: the default is no fees either way. Do we agree?
  4. Which chains first? Robinhood Chain and BNB are ready today; Solana needs a paid data provider first.
